Hearing Registration

Eligible persons wishing to testify during OABCC virtual hearings must register using the form below no later than noon on the day prior to the hearing.

The information collected on this form is considered a matter of public record and is subject to release under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

Email addresses and phone numbers are required to identify registrants within the virtual hearing platform and allow the OABCC to unmute speakers when it is their turn to testify.

Those who will testify must follow the OABCC Public Hearing Protocols, including making their testimony as concise as possible, respecting the 3-minute time limit, and limiting testimony to the subject matter of the hearing.
