Online Licensing
The OABCC Online Licensing System is powered by Salesforce and currently serves the needs below. Additional online services will be available with future system upgrades.
Applications for new liquor licenses or to alter an existing license cannot be submitted online at this time. Forms, instructions and other application materials are available for download.
- Existing Licensees: Pay for renewals, purchase decals, and pay fines for violations
- New Suppliers: Apply for or renew a supplier license
- Nonprofit Gatherings: Apply for daily and biennial gathering licenses (eligibility applies)
Note: Current licensees who do not have an online account must contact OABCC for set-up assistance by phone at (302) 577-5222 or via email at OABCCquestions@delaware.gov. Make sure to provide the license number, an email address, and phone number.

Create a New Account
Follow these instructions if you have never done business with OABCC before and wish to apply for a new Supplier License or Nonprofit Gathering, or pay a fine.
License Renewal
For existing licensees who have already created an online account.
Nonprofit Gatherings
Apply for a daily or biennial nonprofit gathering license, subject to eligibility.
Pay Fines for Violations
After creating a new account, follow these instructions.
