Online Licensing

While the OABCC will accept applications by email, creating an online account through OABCC’s online licensing system, powered by Salesforce, and submitting your application in the Salesforce portal is the preferred method. To expedite processing, please upload all required supporting documentation to your Salesforce account. Fillable forms, instructions and other application materials are available for download for those who cannot access the Salesforce portal.

New Applicants: Submit applications for new on-premises, off-premises and craft manufacturer licenses
License Transfers: Apply to transfer a license for an existing premises
Existing Licensees: Pay for renewals, purchase decals, and pay fines for violations. (Changes to existing licensee ownership, officers, directors, etc. may NOT be submitted online at this time; submit via email to OABCCapplications@delaware.gov.)
New Suppliers: Apply for or renew a supplier license
Nonprofit Gatherings: Apply for daily and biennial gathering licenses (eligibility applies)
