Online Licensing
While the OABCC will accept applications by email, creating an online account through OABCC’s online licensing system, powered by Salesforce, and submitting your application in the Salesforce portal is the preferred method. To expedite processing, please upload all required supporting documentation to your Salesforce account. Fillable forms, instructions and other application materials are available for download for those who cannot access the Salesforce portal.
- New Applicants: Submit applications for new on-premises, off-premises and craft manufacturer licenses
- License Transfers: Apply to transfer a license for an existing premises
- Existing Licensees: Pay for renewals, purchase decals, and pay fines for violations. (Changes to existing licensee ownership, officers, directors, etc. may NOT be submitted online at this time; submit via email to OABCCapplications@delaware.gov.)
- New Suppliers: Apply for or renew a supplier license
- Nonprofit Gatherings: Apply for daily and biennial gathering licenses (eligibility applies)
Note: Current licensees who do not have an online account must contact OABCC for set-up assistance by phone at (302) 577-5222 or via email at OABCCquestions@delaware.gov. Make sure to provide the license number, an email address, and phone number.

Follow these instructions if you have never done business with OABCC before and wish to apply for a new Supplier License or Nonprofit Gathering, or pay a fine.
License Renewal
For existing licensees who have already created an online account.
Nonprofit Gatherings
Apply for a daily or biennial nonprofit gathering license, subject to eligibility.
Pay Fines for Violations
After creating a new account, follow these instructions.
